Prior to becoming Houston Managing Partner, Michael led KPMG's Energy Sector Deal Advisory & Strategy team, advising private equity funds and strategic investors on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transformative transactions. He helped clients navigate complex capital markets transactions, carve-outs, IPO readiness activities, finance integrations, and accounting and reporting matters, including transactions valued at more than $10 billion.
